Police investigate 12-year-olds for knife assault in Anglesey
Police in Holyhead, Anglesey, are investigating an incident involving a knife and two young boys, aged 12 and 13. Officers responded to reports that these children had been threatening another boy with a knife and were allegedly involved in an assault. Upon arrival, the police apprehended the two boys and confiscated a knife. The authorities have launched an investigation into the possession of a bladed article and common assault. PC Griffith from Holyhead called on parents and guardians to discuss the risks of knife possession with their children. He expressed concern over the involvement of such young individuals in violent crime. The police are currently waiting to interview the boys as part of their ongoing investigation.
