Police raid Norwalk vape shop, seizing cannabis and cash

Police have seized over 17 pounds of cannabis during a raid at a smoke shop in Norwalk, Connecticut. This is the third time the R&R Smoke Shop has been raided in four months. The raid took place on Tuesday, with help from the State of Connecticut Drug Control Division. During the operation, officers confiscated around 17.319 pounds of cannabis and $749 in cash. Abdias Joel Feliz-Garcia, a 27-year-old from New Haven, was arrested at the scene. He faces several charges, including possession with intent to sell cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Feliz-Garcia is being held on a total bond of $110,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 1. Police continue to investigate the activities at the smoke shop.
