Police seek man who drove van at Appleton Roebuck residents

Police are looking for a man who confronted and threatened several people in a village. These incidents took place in Appleton Roebuck, near York, during early March. The first incident occurred around 5:30 PM on March 5, followed by two more on March 9 at 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM. The man allegedly drove a van at his victims after verbally confronting them. The suspect is described as being in his mid to late 30s, of broad build, and having an unshaven face. He was last seen wearing a beige beanie with the sides folded up and driving a Ford Transit Connect van. Police believe the van's registration number is similar to YR52 AYP. They encourage anyone with information or CCTV footage to come forward and help with the investigation.
