Prime Volleyball League season four starts October 2, 2025

The Prime Volleyball League (PVL) will begin its fourth season on October 2, 2025. The auction for new players will occur on June 8, 2025, in Calicut, which will be the fourth city to host this event. Tuhin Mishra, the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Baseline Ventures, expressed excitement for the upcoming season. He mentioned that the league has seen tremendous growth and success in previous years. The PVL aims to showcase emerging volleyball talent in India. Joy Bhattacharjya, the CEO of PVL, noted that the league has become one of India's most thrilling sports competitions. He highlighted the unpredictability of the league, as shown by having three different champions in the first three seasons. The Calicut Heroes won the last season, defeating the Delhi Toofans in a closely contested match. Player registrations for the auction will be open from May 1 to May 31, with more details to be announced soon.
