However, their excitement turned to surprise when a group of cyclists rode by, prompting Charlotte to exclaim, "oh gosh." Inside the cottage, Nicki pointed out its Victorian features and modern kitchen. The couple loved that there were no renovations needed. Tom found the living space cozy, but they both had concerns about the small upstairs bedrooms. In the end, they decided not to make an offer on the cottage but continued their search for a different home. They showed interest in another house in Speen and planned to view it again.
