PTC India sells stake in PTC Energy to ONGC Green

PTC India has sold its entire stake in PTC Energy to ONGC Green Ltd. The company recently received the remaining payment of Rs 254 crore, completing the transaction. The total deal was worth Rs 1,179 crore. Previously, PTC India received Rs 925 crore on March 4, 2025. According to a regulatory filing on Thursday, PTC India confirmed the successful sale to ONGC Green. The transaction was officially completed on March 19, 2025. The final payment of Rs 254 crore was received after business hours on the same day. Following this news, shares of PTC India rose slightly by 0.29 percent, reaching Rs 158.05 each on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
