Punjab Kings aims to top IPL 2025 table

Punjab Kings batter Shashank Singh predicts his team will top the points table in IPL 2025. This comes as the franchise prepares for the new season, having only finished first once in its history, in 2014. Shreyas Iyer will captain Punjab Kings this season, having been signed for Rs 26.75 crore. He reunites with coach Ricky Ponting, who also joined the team after leaving Delhi Capitals. Punjab Kings has not qualified for the playoffs in the last ten seasons. They will begin their IPL 2025 campaign against Gujarat Titans on March 25 at Narendra Modi Stadium.
