Putin addresses Valdai Forum, discusses Ukraine and criticizes NATO
Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke at the Valdai Forum, marking his first address since Donald Trump's election victory. He expressed willingness to discuss Ukraine with Trump and emphasized the need for Ukraine to adopt a neutral stance for peace.
