Quilts 2025 show opens in Lake Metroparks Farmpark

Lake Metroparks Farmpark will host the Quilts 2025 event from March 28 to April 27. The show features nearly 200 colorful quilts and runs daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event is organized by Creative Stitches, a sewing machine distributor based in Ohio. General admission tickets to the Farmpark cost between $7 and $9. Free entry is available for members, children under two, and active military personnel with their families. This year, Cyndi McChesney will be the featured artist at the event. She has over 40 years of quilting experience and has owned a quilt shop. McChesney will lead workshops focused on panel-style quilting from April 11 to 13. An additional trunk show lecture will be held on April 12, and registration is required for these workshops. To conclude Quilts 2025, there will be a vendor showcase from April 25 to 27. Local quilt shop vendors will offer shopping and demonstrations on various quilting tools and techniques.
