The patient presented with abdominal distension and underwent imaging that revealed a large cystic solid mass. Surgical resection was performed, and pathology confirmed the diagnosis of retroperitoneal MC. Despite initial treatment success, the tumor recurred multiple times, leading to the patient's death from complications related to the cancer.
