Red Sox reassign three players to minor league camp
The Boston Red Sox made three roster cuts during spring training, reassigned Austin Adams, Isaiah Campbell, and Noah Davis to minor league camp. Adams, 33, struggled in Grapefruit League games, allowing six runs in 4 2⁄3 innings. Campbell, 27, had a challenging season last year, spending time injured and in Triple-A. Davis, also 27, allowed five runs in 9 1⁄3 innings during spring training. The Red Sox now have 52 players remaining in big league camp.
