Remedy has officially revealed its new multiplayer game, FBC: Firebreak, set in the Control universe. This three-player co-op game features colorful graphics and fast-paced gameplay, where players act as first responders battling paranatural enemies. The game is distinct from Control, as it is not a sequel or DLC. It focuses on cooperative missions and will not follow the typical live service model, avoiding daily login requirements. FBC: Firebreak will offer new stories and experiences within the Control world. FBC: Firebreak is scheduled for release in 2025 on Xbox Series X|S and PC, and will be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch. Meanwhile, Remedy is also working on Control 2 and new DLC for Alan Wake 2.
