Robber arrested after returning home in Gillingham
Jack Holland-Batt, 31, was arrested by police after returning to a house following a series of armed robberies in Gillingham on November 25, 2024. He threatened staff with a knife and stole around £20 from a pharmacy. After the robberies, Holland-Batt confessed to Kent Police but did not reveal his location. He was apprehended as he approached a familiar address. Holland-Batt faced charges for two robberies, an attempted robbery, and possessing a knife in public. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to six years in prison on March 11, 2025.
