Roche announced that Wafaa Mamilli will join the company as Chief Digital Technology Officer, effective February 10, 2025. She will report to CEO Thomas Schinecker and be part of the enlarged Corporate Executive Committee. Mamilli will take over the Informatics function from Alan Hippe, who will focus solely on his role as Chief Financial Officer. This change aims to enhance Roche's digital transformation and artificial intelligence initiatives. Previously, Mamilli served as Chief Digital & Technology Officer at Zoetis and has over 20 years of experience at Eli Lilly. She holds multiple advanced degrees, including a master's in computer science.
