Rocket Lab unveils Neutron rocket and satellite plans

Rocket Lab announced several developments alongside its quarterly earnings report, including plans for its Neutron rocket and a new satellite design. The Neutron is expected to launch in the second half of 2025, despite previous delays. Australian startup Gilmour Space Technologies has set a launch date for its Eris rocket for no earlier than March 15. This marks a significant step after a decade of preparation and regulatory approvals. Blue Origin completed its 10th crewed flight of the New Shepard vehicle, carrying six passengers. For the first time, one passenger's identity was not disclosed, breaking from the company's usual practice of revealing all crew members.
