Roy Chow arrested for illegal e-unicycle use in Tin Shui Wai

Former Cantopop singer Roy Chow Wing-hang has been arrested in Hong Kong for illegally riding an electric unicycle. The incident occurred in Tin Shui Wai. A video of the arrest has gone viral, showing Chow agitated and shouting, "I did not hit anyone" and "save me" as police subdued him. Police reported that Chow, 40, was riding the unicycle without third-party insurance and on a pedestrian road. He was granted bail but must report back to police in mid-May. A source stated that he passed tests for alcohol and drug driving. The arrest is part of a larger police operation targeting illegal electric mobility devices in the area. Officers, both in uniform and plain clothes, intervened, telling Chow to stay still to avoid injury before handcuffing him.
