RPF rescues 10 minors from trafficker in Daltonganj

A team from the Railway Protection Force (RPF) rescued 10 minors from a human trafficker at the Daltonganj railway station. The incident took place late Monday night into Tuesday. The trafficker, identified as 38-year-old Naushad Alam from Palamu district, was arrested at the Garhwa road railway junction post. He was trying to take the boys to a factory in Delhi where they were expected to work. The rescued children, aged between 14 and 16, included seven from Palamu district and three from Latehar district. RPF inspector in-charge Banarasi Yadav confirmed the details of the operation.
