RTÉ announces return of Ireland's Fittest Family in January with tribute to contestant Cillian Flaherty

RTÉ has confirmed that the latest season of Ireland’s Fittest Family will air in January, after being postponed in October due to the death of contestant Cillian Flaherty. His family has expressed full support for the show's return. Cillian, who died just days before the original air date, filmed the show with his family over the summer. RTÉ will include a tribute to him in the upcoming season. The show will now air on Saturday evenings instead of Sundays, to accommodate the start of Dancing with the Stars. The 12th season will feature familiar coaches and is expected to attract a large audience.
