Ukraine's air force reported that Russia launched an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) at Dnipro this morning. If confirmed, this would be the first use of an ICBM in armed conflict. The missile was part of a broader attack involving nine missiles aimed at critical infrastructure in Dnipro. Six of the other missiles were intercepted by air defenses. Initial reports indicate that the ICBM hit without causing casualties, though damage to an industrial site and two fires were reported. The type of ICBM used has not been identified.
