A Russian missile strike on the Ukrainian city of Poltava killed at least 41 people and injured 180, according to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The attack, involving two ballistic missiles, is one of the deadliest since the war began over 900 days ago. The missiles struck shortly after an air raid alert, partially destroying a building at the Institute of Communications. Rescue efforts saved 25 individuals.
