Salt Lake City opens luxury hotel Asher Adams in historic train depot

Salt Lake City's new luxury hotel, Asher Adams, opened on November 7, 2024, in the historic Union Pacific Depot. The hotel features four dining and drinking options inspired by train travel, including a coffee shop, a restaurant, and two bars. The hotel includes a 225-room guest tower and has restored the original depot, preserving its historic elements. The dining concepts, created by the Davidson Restaurant Group, aim to provide a unique culinary experience that reflects the theme of travel. Counterpart serves coffee and grab-and-go items, while Rouser offers a diverse menu in a cozy setting. The Bar at Asher Adams and No. 119 provide cocktail options with views of the grand hall, enhancing the travel-inspired atmosphere.
