The 21-year-old revealed her feelings after getting a nose job. As she drove to the doctor’s office with Denise, she expressed her anxiety. "What if it’s too skinny?" she worried. Sami mentioned that this surgery felt different from her previous breast implants, saying it would change her life. While in the doctor's office, Sami asked Denise to look at her new nose first. Sami was scared to see the results. Denise reassured her that her nose looked "amazing" before handing her a mirror. When Sami saw her reflection, she burst into tears and exclaimed, "Oh, my God, it looks so good." She shared that this change made her feel pretty and ready to pursue her modeling career. Sami explained in a confessional how much she had struggled with her appearance. She often edited her photos to make her nose look smaller. She felt that her old nose held her back from posting certain pictures. Denise, reflecting on the situation, expressed her happiness for Sami. She acknowledged the challenges of being a mom and emphasized how beautiful Sami is, even if her daughter does not see it. "I do think, for her, she made the right decision," Denise concluded.
