Samsung Galaxy S25 certification reveals slow charging speeds similar to Galaxy S24

The Samsung Galaxy S25 series has received FCC certification, indicating it will charge at the same speeds as the Galaxy S24 models. The Galaxy S25 will charge at 25W, while the S25 Plus and Ultra will charge at 45W. The base Galaxy S25 is expected to have 9W reverse wireless charging, an upgrade from the 4.5W on the Galaxy S24. However, its standard wireless charging may remain at 15W, unchanged from the previous model. Additionally, the Galaxy S25 will not include ultra-wideband technology, which is available in the S24 Plus and Ultra. The new series is expected to launch in January 2024.
