Samsung Galaxy S25 series to feature 12GB RAM in base models
Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S25 series, including the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra, is expected to launch on January 22, 2024. The base model will reportedly feature 12GB of RAM, an upgrade from the Galaxy S24's 8GB. All models in the Galaxy S25 series are anticipated to come with 12GB of RAM, eliminating the 8GB option. The S25 Ultra may include 16GB of RAM, enhancing performance for AI features. The Galaxy S25 series will utilize Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, promising improved AI capabilities. This marks a shift from the previous generation, which had varying RAM configurations.
