Samsung Galaxy S25 to feature 12GB of RAM in January launch

Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S25 family in January 2024, though the exact date is unclear. A recent benchmark shows the base model will feature 12GB of RAM, an upgrade from the 8GB in the entry-level S24. There is speculation that the S25 may not include an 8GB version at all. The new models are expected to use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, but this has not been confirmed. Design changes are expected to be minimal, with the S25 resembling its predecessor. The prototype tested ran on Android 15 and is intended for the Korean market.
