Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra likely to cost more than S24 Ultra according to report

Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to be priced higher than the current Galaxy S24 Ultra, which costs Rs 1,29,999. A report suggests that manufacturing costs for the S25 Ultra are at least $110 more than the S24 Ultra. In the U.S., the Galaxy S25 Ultra may start at $1,299 for the 12GB + 256GB model. Prices for higher storage options could reach $1,419 and $1,659. However, in China, prices may remain stable due to market competition. The S25 Ultra will likely retain the 200-megapixel main camera from the S24 Ultra but may upgrade the ultra-wide-angle lens from 12 megapixels to 50 megapixels. It will feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and run on Android 15 with Samsung's One UI 7.
