It features a powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset and an Adreno 830 GPU. In multi-core tests, the S25 Ultra scored 9763, surpassing the iPhone's 8479 and the S24 Ultra's 6675. It also excelled in GPU benchmarks, achieving an OpenCL score of 18041, and performed well in demanding games like Call of Duty Mobile and Genshin Impact. The S25 Ultra's gaming performance is enhanced by its larger display and battery. The standard Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus models also use the same chipset, ensuring high performance across the lineup.
