Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra set to debut with key upgrades over S24 Ultra
Samsung is set to launch the Galaxy S25 Ultra in January, featuring several upgrades over the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The new model is expected to have a slimmer design with curved edges, while retaining the quad camera setup and titanium frame. The display may increase from 6.8 inches to 6.9 inches, but will likely maintain the same M13 OLED technology and brightness. The S25 Ultra is rumored to include a 50MP ultrawide camera and a new 50MP variable telephoto lens. Performance improvements are anticipated with the introduction of the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and 16GB RAM. The S25 Ultra will also feature OneUI 7 based on Android 15, potentially introducing new AI capabilities.
