Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 5 Pro launches with Snapdragon 7s
Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Tab Active 5 Pro soon. Recent leaks show important information about the tablet, which has appeared on a benchmarking site called Geekbench. This new tablet will succeed the Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro, which was released in September 2022. The Galaxy Tab Active 5 Pro has been identified with the model number SM-X356B. It features a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, an Adreno 810 graphics chip, and 6GB of RAM. The tablet will run on Android 15 with One UI 7 installed. In tests, it scored 1,179 in single-core performance and 3,378 in multi-core performance. The tablet is expected to be available in both Wi-Fi and cellular versions. Reports suggest it could debut alongside the Samsung Galaxy XCover 8 Pro. The earlier Galaxy Tab Active 5 featured an 8-inch screen and a replaceable 5,050mAh battery, running on an Exynos 1380 processor. In comparison, the Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro had a 10.1-inch screen and was powered by a Snapdragon 778G processor. The upcoming Galaxy Tab Active 5 Pro promises to have double the graphics speed of its predecessor. It will also include a removable 7,600mAh battery and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
