Samsung plans January launch for Galaxy S25 series with new features

Samsung is expected to launch its Galaxy S25 series on January 22, 2025, in San Francisco, with a possible release date of January 23 in South Korea. This follows the announcement of the S24 series in January 2024. The new lineup may include a "slim" version of the Galaxy S25, which will be thinner but maintain the same performance as the standard model. This could give consumers four options within the S25 series. Additionally, all S25 models are likely to feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, marking a shift from Samsung's usual Exynos processors in some regions. The company will also delay the Android 15 update until the new phones are released.
