San Francisco beats Utah Valley 79-70 in NIT

Malik Thomas helped the San Francisco Dons secure a 79-70 victory over the Utah Valley Wolverines in the NIT on Wednesday night. He scored 21 points and grabbed 10 rebounds during the game. Ryan Beasley also had a strong performance for San Francisco, scoring 19 points and providing six assists. Carlton Linguard contributed 18 points and shot well from three-point range, making four out of seven attempts. For Utah Valley, Carter Welling led his team with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Tanner Toolson added 14 points and made three steals, while Jackson Holcombe scored nine points. San Francisco went into halftime with a 37-32 lead. Linguard was the top scorer for San Francisco in the first half, while Thomas added 13 points in the second half to help secure the win.
