Sarangani candidates commit to honest 2025 elections

Aspirants for local government positions in Sarangani took part in a unity walk and signed the Integrity Pledge. This event aims to promote a peaceful, fair, and honest election for 2025. The walk was organized by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC). During the event, aspirants learned about responsible campaigning ahead of the official start of the campaign period on March 28. Atty. Wilfred Jay Balisado, the COMELEC-12 Director, encouraged candidates to serve with sincerity. He emphasized the importance of respecting opponents and following COMELEC rules. The aspirants, along with police and military officials, signed the Integrity Pledge to commit to a clean election process. COMELEC-Sarangani hopes all candidates will follow the election regulations. The event also included a demonstration of the automated counting machine that will be used in the upcoming elections.
