Schools in Poland, Italy and India win awards for community and environmental initiatives

On Thursday, schools from Poland, Italy, India, and Argentina received awards at the World's Best School prizes for their community and environmental efforts. The winners shared a $50,000 prize, highlighting their impactful projects. Ryan International School in New Delhi won the Environmental Action prize for its hydroponics and biogas initiatives. CM RISE School Vinoba in Ratlam received the Innovation prize for its successful "Cycle of Growth" model, boosting attendance and exam pass rates. The First Ukrainian School in Poland was recognized for supporting refugee children, while Istituto Galilei-Costa-Scarambone in Italy won for its anti-bullying campaign. Colegio María de Guadalupe in Argentina and Kalvi International Public School in India also received awards for their community-focused programs.
