SCR offers full fare refunds for cancelled trains
South Central Railway (SCR) announced that passengers can receive a full fare refund for cancelled trains due to unavoidable circumstances. Tickets must be surrendered at any PRS counter within three days of the scheduled departure. For online bookings, e-tickets will be automatically cancelled, and refunds will be processed through IRCTC to the passenger's bank account. SCR also advised passengers to provide accurate mobile numbers when booking tickets to receive updates on any last-minute schedule changes.
