Second death confirmed in Hamilton incident; murder charge filed

A second man has died after an incident in Melville, Hamilton on Saturday. Police reported that a 41-year-old man appeared in court on Monday, facing charges of murder and wounding. The police are also considering additional charges in this case. Authorities are urging anyone with information or CCTV footage to come forward. The second victim was found in critical condition on Beatty Street and later passed away in the hospital. Earlier, emergency services discovered a 26-year-old man dead at the scene around 4:30 a.m. A third individual has been arrested and charged with similar offenses. The investigation is ongoing.
