Seneca Valley won the Penguins Cup Class 3A title after a thrilling 3-2 victory over South Fayette in a game that went into three overtimes. Marshall Hewitt scored the winning goal after nearly 39 minutes of extra play, bringing excitement to the sold-out UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex. Hewitt's decisive shot came from the center point. He saw an opening and took the chance, which surprised South Fayette's goalie, Jackson Ankrum. Hewitt expressed his joy, saying it was one of the best feelings of his life.
