SGPGI staff in Lucknow trained in clinical decision making
Lucknow: SGPGI has completed a two-day training program for its teachers and staff focused on clinical decision making. The event was organized by the department of biostatistics and health informatics in evidence-based medicine. The training aimed to enhance the skills of medical professionals and researchers at the institute. Participants learned about the importance of evidence-based medicine in health and biomedical research. Director Prof RK Dhiman noted that this training helps address challenges researchers often face when making conclusions. He emphasized that a solid grasp of research methodology supports better patient care. Department head Prof Uttam Singh explained that this training will empower doctors and improve the quality of clinical trials. Ultimately, it aims to promote evidence-based treatments in patient care.
