Shadaab Khan struggles in Bollywood despite father's legacy

Shadaab Khan is the son of the famous actor Amjad Khan, known for his iconic role as Gabbar Singh in Hindi cinema. Despite being the child of a superstar, Shadaab's film career did not take off as expected. He started his acting journey in 1997 with the film "Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat," co-starring Rani Mukherjee. Unfortunately, the film was a flop. Over five years, he appeared in six films, including "Betaabi" and "Hey Ram," but none achieved success at the box office. After his acting career, Shadaab explored other roles in the industry. He worked as a film editor and later shifted to directing and writing. His directorial efforts include "Delhi 47 KM" and "Rabiya and Olivia." In 2023, he married Malaika Saqlain, the daughter of former cricketer Saqlain Mushtaq. The couple has a child together. Today, Shadaab is involved in filmmaking and is working on new projects. His journey shows that success can be achieved in various ways, even when initial plans don't go as hoped.
