Sheikh Waqas accuses government of detaining PTI activists
Sheikh Waqas Akram, a spokesperson for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), accused the government of detaining PTI social media activists. He claimed the government falsely linked them to hate speech and associated them with India. Akram stated that the government is undermining the constitution by targeting young PTI supporters. He emphasized that these individuals are simply sharing messages from imprisoned PTI leader Imran Khan. Additionally, Akram announced that PTI is collaborating with other opposition parties to form a grand alliance. They plan to organize public protests after Eid.
