Shooters planned to target Salman Khan before Baba Siddique murder, sources say

Shooters involved in the murder of Baba Siddique initially planned to assassinate actor Salman Khan, according to sources. They abandoned the plan due to Khan's strong security measures. Siddique was shot dead on October 12 in Mumbai. The attackers had previously targeted Khan, with two gunmen firing shots outside his home in April. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for that attack. Khan has faced multiple threats, including demands for ransom. In response to these threats, Khan has been given Y+ security. Mumbai Police have increased security around his residence, including installing advanced CCTV cameras with facial recognition technology.
