Shooting at Kurukshetra religious event leaves one injured

A shooting incident at a religious event in Kurukshetra has left one person injured. The event, called a mahayagya, was held at Keshav Park. The shooting occurred when a gunman, working for the event's organiser, fired at Ashish Tiwari. Tiwari and others from the brahmin community were complaining about the food quality. In addition to Tiwari, another person named Prince Shukla was hurt after stones were thrown at him by unknown individuals. Reports say around 20 people suffered minor injuries during the chaos. Following the shooting, members of the brahmin community protested outside Keshav Park. The Kurukshetra police intervened to calm the situation. Both Tiwari and Shukla were taken to a local hospital and are expected to recover fully. Authorities have placed more police in the area to maintain peace. Acharya Swami Subh, the organiser of the mahayagya, claimed that a miscreant had aimed to tarnish their reputation. He has asked for an investigation into the incident.
