Shooting in Phoenix leaves one dead, two injured

One man has died, and two others are injured after a shooting in Phoenix late Friday night. The incident took place near Interstate 17 and Indian School Road just after 11:30 p.m. When police arrived, they found a man with gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital but was pronounced dead there. His identity has not yet been released. Another man was found nearby with a gunshot wound. He was also taken to the hospital and is expected to recover from his injuries. Shortly after the first reports, another victim contacted police. He was found near Mesa Drive and University Drive. This man confirmed he was shot in the same incident. As of now, no one has been arrested in connection with the shooting. The investigation is ongoing.
