Shooting reported at Pennsbury Woods Apartments, no injuries

Falls Township police reacted to reports of gunfire at the Pennsbury Woods Apartments on Sunday night. The apartment complex is located on New Falls Road. Chief Nelson Whitney said officers found that a resident had fired a weapon. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and there were no hostages at the scene. As of 8:45 p.m., police were trying to contact the suspect but had not received a response. The situation was contained to the apartment complex, and police were focused on resolving it. No new information was available by 9 p.m. on Sunday.
