Shruti Dube named UK Country Director at Meta starting March 2025

Shruti Dube has been appointed as Meta's UK Country Director, starting in March 2025. She succeeds Derya Matras, who has moved to a Vice President role for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Dube has nearly ten years of experience at Meta, previously serving as Group Vertical Director for the UK and Ireland. She also held the position of EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations Director. Dube has a strong background in strategy and innovation, with prior roles at McKinsey & Company and Sequoia Capital. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a dual degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
