Significant destruction reported in Kryvyi Rih

Significant damage has been reported in Kryvyi Rih due to explosions amid air raid alerts. Alexander Vilkul, head of the city's military administration, shared this information. He stated that there were at least 15 explosions during the alerts. Vilkul described the destruction as substantial but did not provide further details. According to him, no injuries have been reported from these blasts. Since October 10, 2022, Russian forces have been targeting Ukrainian infrastructure. This escalation began shortly after an attack on the Crimean bridge, which Russian officials allege was carried out by Ukrainian special services. The attacks focus on defense industry sites and military communications across Ukraine. However, Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson for the Russian president, stated that their military does not strike residential buildings or social infrastructure during clashes with Ukraine's armed forces.
