Singapore Airlines ranks highest for economy to business class upgrades in new study

A recent study by Dailybase ranked the best airlines for upgrades from economy to business class. The evaluation included 49 international airlines, focusing on factors like seat size, in-flight entertainment, and food quality. Singapore Airlines topped the list with an overall score of 87.46%, praised for its luxury business class seating that converts into flat beds. Iberia followed in second place with a score of 82.59%, noted for having the roomiest business class. Delta Airlines ranked third with a score of 81.64%, making it the only North American airline in the top ten. Qatar Airways, Air New Zealand, and Virgin Atlantic completed the top five.
