Seham, who was staying with her in-laws, has not been told directly about her children’s deaths. However, she knows they did not survive. Her husband, Osama, died in a missile attack last year. In the recent strike, her two sons and two daughters died, including one who had just given birth. Dr. Abumarzouq's family is devastated. Seham constantly asks for her children and is panicking when she hears bombs. He believes she knows something is wrong but has not been told directly. The baby, Yaqout, who survived, will be cared for by family members. Dr. Abumarzouq describes the situation as a nightmare for his family. His father, in his 70s, had to bury his grandchildren. The family feels helpless, with Dr. Abumarzouq expressing anguish over being far away in Ireland while his loved ones face unimaginable horror in Gaza.
