They found extensive tunnels used by militants for refuge. In Bannu, police and counter-terrorism commandos killed two terrorists linked to the murder of Arman Khan during an intelligence operation. A police officer was injured in Chamkani, near Peshawar, and was taken to the hospital for treatment. Additionally, a grenade attack in Khuzdar injured five family members of a police officer, including children. The attack occurred at the home of the City Police Station's SHO.
