The driver crashed into the gate, causing it to fall on the girl, and then ran over her. Bystanders attempted to lift the gate to rescue her, but she died at the scene. The driver has been arrested, and the car has been seized. This incident follows another recent accident in Vadodara, where a law student crashed into two-wheelers, resulting in a woman's death. The student was also arrested after a video showed him behaving inappropriately after the crash.
