Skyland Conference announces girls basketball all-stars

The 2024-25 girls basketball season has ended in the Skyland Conference. To celebrate the best players, the league's coaches selected the All-Conference teams. In the Mountain Division, the First Team includes Aletha Reynolds from Bernards and Tiasjah Anai Ferguson from Bound Brook. Other notable players are Kadie Fleming from South Hunterdon and Jasmine Keller from Bernards. The Second Team features Lauren Polakiewicz from Bound Brook and Sophie Himan from South Hunterdon. The Valley Division's First Team highlights Charlotte Taylor and Kaylee Lauber from Somerville. Players like Elana Falkenstein from Delaware Valley also made the list. For the Second Team, Caroline Duffey from Immaculata and Mollie Ferreira from Immaculata were recognized. In the Raritan Division, Taylor Francis and Valentina Triana from Pingry are on the First Team. Other players like Madie Petak and Christina Sullivan from Voorhees also stand out. The Second Team includes Calleigh Kreitz from Mount St. Mary and Rylie Werneke from Warren Hills. Finally, the Delaware Division’s First Team features Gandy Malou-Mamel from Gill St. Bernard’s and Addy Platt from the same school. Noteworthy on the Second Team are Ava Frith from Rutgers Prep and Isabella Ruh from Hillsborough. These teams reflect outstanding performances in the league this season. Coaches collaborated to choose the top athletes from each division.
